cfp: 40th anniversary of combahee river collective statement

Barbara Ransby, Barbara Smith and Margo Okawaza-Rey are co-editing a special issue of Souls which will commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Combahee River Collective statement, a black feminist manifesto published in 1977 by Barbara Smith, Demita Frazier and Beverly Smith.

Titled Combahee at 40: New Conversations and Debates in Black Feminism, the editors are seeking "the submission of papers that address the legacy and impact of the CRC statement on late 20th and 21stcentury feminist, Black, and Left politics."
