#OTD 2 October 1968 Reuben Jackson was a student at Rabaut JHS.

“When this picture was taken, I was an unabashedly geeky 7th grader at Rabaut Junior High School. That tie is a hand me down from my late brother-who was away at college. (I missed him terribly). In addition to the tragedies which engulfed the nation, I began the plunge into hormonal confusion which marks what are now called the Middle School Years. Soon I would begin cutting class, then school itself... My stern father's threats (and a transfer to Gordon Junior HIgh) righted the proverbial ship. Next stop- Woodstock Nation-Junior Division... Headbands, Hendrix and such.”
