#OTD 23 November 1968 Four years ago, on 23 November 1964, ACT (Associated Communities Team), “The Organization of the Militants,” co-founded by Julius Hobson, held a concert at the WUST Music Hall (9th & V Sts NW). The concert was titled, “IIII ACTS for ACT.”

The four acts were:

Jazz Workshop 5
Gaston Neal
The Jazz Notes
John Blair

Admission was $1.50. Tickets could be purchased at WUST or at the ACT office, 803 Florida Ave, NW.
