#OTD-ish Saturday 24 February 1968 Nurse Eloise Ellis examines Jean Stryjewski, a student  at DC Teachers College (2565 Georgia Avenue, NW). Nurse Ellis, along with Dr. Claire Christman, staffed Health Services at DCTC. Here she takes Ms. Stryjewski's blood pressure.

Nurse Ellis was also a member of the Sigma Theta Tau nursing honor society and the Alpha chapter of the Chi Eta Phi nursing sorority.
