#OTD-ish Tuesday 27 February 1968 The Douglass Junior High School Parent Teacher Association met with Principal George Galloway. The meeting was held at the Carter Youth Center, located behind Douglass (Stanton & Pomeroy Rds, SE). 

Principal Galloway is the one on the left in the center gesticulating with his hands. Ronnie V. King, a member of the Southeast Neighborhood Advisory Program, is in the center sitting at the far head of the table.
