#OTD-ish 12 April 1968 Bobby R. Hale, a native Washingtonian and photographer, drives around his city and takes photographs, as he had done regularly since the 1950s. He shot this photograph looking north on 14th Street at the intersection of Park Road and Kenyon Street, NW. On the left is the Riggs Bank building and on the right is the top of the Tivoli Theater.

He probably shot this photograph with his beloved Nikon Camera using Kodak film. If you look closely at the image above, you can see "KODAK PAPER" imprinted on the back of the photo.
