#OTD 21 May 1968 The Poor People's Campaign gave children a tour of the city. One of the children in this photo has a tag on her sweater that reads "Poor People's Campaign Children's Tour." Part of the tour included eating popcorn and enjoying elephant-emblazoned balloons.
