5 june 1968 & bell seniors excited about yearbook & upcoming graduation

#OTD 5 June 1968 Seniors from Bell Vocational HS (Hiatt Pl & Lamont St, NW) were excited about the yearbook and their graduation just one week away, on 12 June at Lincoln Junior HS (16th & Irving Sts, NW). 

According to the Evening Star, there were 110 graduating seniors. Ronald Vest was valedictorian and Michael McCormick was salutatorian. William Raspberry, columnist at the Washington Post, was the commencement speaker.
