OTD-ish 17 July 1968 The National Park Service, through its Summer in the Parks program, installed a history exhibit in Rawlins Park (18th & E Sts, NW). It was one of the myriad Summer in the Parks programs and activities that took place throughout the city. Phillis Wheatley was one of the featured individuals in the exhibit.
