23 august 1968 #throwbackthursday remembering bronze booklet series
#OTD-ish 23 August 1968 #throwbackthursday The Bronze Booklet Series was inaugurated 32 years ago by the Associates in Negro Folk Education, an organization co-founded by Alain Locke to promote education among adults.
Eric Williams, an Associate Professor of Social and Political Science, wrote The Negro in the Caribbean, which was published in 1942. His book was the 8th in the Bronze Booklet series.
Your comments are welcome. Do you remember these Bronze Booklets? Do you remember the Associates in Negro Folk Education? Do you have any of these books in your collection?
