9 june 1968 & dunbar seniors excited about yearbook, upcoming graduation

#OTD 9 June 1968 Seniors from Dunbar HS (1st & M Sts, NW) were excited about the yearbook and their graduation on 12 June at the school.

According to the Evening Star, there were 351 graduating seniors. Jacqueline Worthy was valedictorian and Fannie M. Robertson was salutatorian. Granville Woodson, DC Public Schools assistant superintendent, was the commencement speaker.

Your comments are welcome below. Did you, a family member or neighbor graduate from Dunbar? Did you attend the graduation? Do you have photographs and/or a program from the graduation? Do you remember Jacqueline M. Worthy & Fannie M. Robertson? Do you have a yearbook? Are you a member of the 1968 Reunion Committee?
